Those are just a few of the diseases from drinking polluted water.

These are some of the diseases volunteer medical staff face when they leave the comforts of home to devote time to help those who depend on them.

While some teams focus on prevention by providing safe drinking water, others face the daunting challenge of helping those who are already suffering the tragic effects of drinking polluted water.
